Our R&D team have more than 20 years experience in product modle and mould structure.We use precious sofeware CAD,Pro-E,UG,Solidworks to provide 2D or 3D Drawings.The service as follows:

2. We according your detail requirement to design
3. Sent you 3D/2D modle drawing for confirmed
4. After you confirmed the drawing,we can make handmodle,that you canreal clear see the product shape.
5. Mould design and making
6. Provide samples photos to you,also sent samples by DHL if necessary,if not satisfied,we modify mould.
7. Customer confirm the samples and place the orders.
8. After goods finished and QC test,arrange shipment as your request.
Packing and Shipping
Each cap will be put into poly bag first, and then in raws in the exported corrugated carton with big bag inside, also we could pack as your request.

Q: Can we get your free samples?
A: Yes,you can.Samples are free but the freight for express is on buyer’s account.And we can return the freight when you place order to us.

A: Yes, you can. But the quantity of each ordered item should reach our MOQ.
Q: What about the normal lead time?
A: It’s around 15-30 days after receiving the deposit.
Q: What types of payment terms do you accept?
A: Normally , the payment terms we accept are T/T (30% deposit , 70% balance paid before shipment)
Q: How do you control the quality?
A: We will make samples before mass production, and after sample approved, we will begin mass production. Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.
