Cooperation process
Our R&D team have more than 20 years experience in product modle and mould structure.We use precious sofeware CAD,Pro-E,UG,Solidworks to provide 2D or 3D Drawings.The service as follows:
1. Please sent us your ideal or samples for reference
2. We according your detail requirement to design
3. Sent you 3D/2D modle drawing for confirmed
4. After you confirmed the drawing,we can make handmodle,that you canreal clear see the product shape.
5. Mould design and making
6. Provide samples photos to you,also sent samples by DHL if necessary,if not satisfied,we modify mould.
7. Customer confirm the samples and place the orders.
8. After goods finished and QC test,arrange shipment as your request.
Quality Control:
1. Before the order to be confirmed, we should check the material & color of products by sample which should be strictly.
2. Trainning held every month for new&old workers,we must have a quality meeting before mass production for new order.
3. Every products checked & cleaned before packing.
4. Before delivery clients could send one QC to check the quality.

A: We sell over 10,000 different types of plastic caps or cosmetic packaging items and are always adding new items to our website. However, every item that we currently sell is listed on our website. Q: Can you do the design for us?
A: Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in bottles and cap design and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect bottles and cap.we can make design drawing and 3D display to you . It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.
Q: What is your after-sales policy?
A: When discharging the goods at customers' end, please inspect all the cartons;
If find any breakage or defective products, please take pictures from the original cartons. Please present the claim within 15 working days after the container is discharged. This date is subject to the arrival time of the container.
Q: What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply sample for free if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the courier cost.
