4. After you confirmed the drawing,we can make handmodle,that you canreal clear see the product shape.
5. Mould design and making
6. Provide samples photos to you,also sent samples by DHL if necessary,if not satisfied,we modify mould.
7. Customer confirm the samples and place the orders.
8. After goods finished and QC test,arrange shipment as your request.

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: For plastic products and aluminum product we will send goods to you within 25 work days after we receive your 30% deposit.
For OEM products,the delivery time is 30-35 work days after we receive your 30% deposit.
Q:How to start a custom project with your company?
A:Please send us your design drawings or original samples so that we can offer a quotation first.If all details are confirmed,we will arrange the sample making.
Q:Can i get your samples?
A:Yes,of course you can.
For regular size sample,we could supply free,but because of low profit,the freight of express is on buyer’s account.
For custom sample,the buyer just need pay the cost of sample maybe including mould cost ,printing cost and so on.Also freight to collect.
Q:How do you control the quality?
A:We will make samples before mass production, and after sample approved, we will begin mass production.Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection.before packing; taking pictures after packing.
Q: What is your shipping way?
A:We will help you to choose the best shipping way according to your detail requirements,By sea,By air or By express,etc.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shippment.OR T/T and western union.
